Personal training sessions are also available throughout the week/end, making this one of the fastest ways to meet your fitness goals. They are packed with different formats of fitness that will help you create a well-rounded workout routine without the guessing.
Our private small group classes are 5-6 people max and are offered throughout the year in 4-6 session series that are progressive. They include various yoga styles, kickboxing, and Mat Pilates. These offerings are ideal for those looking into a more structured class format with the perks of a private training environment and real-time modifications so you can safely participate, no matter your fitness level.
