TRX Small Group Training

TRX is a suspension trainer that uses body weight and gravity to challenge the body in a new way. We work on strength, stability, balance, coordination, and flexibility. TRX is for everyone, no matter your fitness level!

Thai-Yoga Bodywork

This bodywork modality is ideal for anyone looking to reduce stress, improve mobility, and reset the body and mind.

Paz will guide you through various stretches, pulling, and rocking movements, all perfectly synced with relaxing breath work—the end result is an experience of lightness from head to toe with a clear and reinvigorated mind.

Kickboxing Small Group

Cardio never felt this good! This class is fun and accessible to all levels of fitness. You will learn real kickboxing drills that are a blast to practice while challenging coordination and agility to build power and a happy heart muscle. Paz’ love for punching is contagious and empowering from the warmup till the last kick!🥊

Nutrition Strategy

Our own Certified intuitive eating coach Paz Merino, through the Psychology of Eating Institute based in CO is like no other nutrition coaching service in our town.
