  • Cancellations & Rescheduling

    1) Cancellations or rescheduling appointments made with 24 hours notice or more before the original appointment time will waive any cancellation fees.

    2) Cancellations or rescheduling appointments made with less than 24 hours’ notice from the original appointment time have a FULL charge of the session. This charge is known as a LATE CANCELATION FEE and will be marked in the current package. 

    NOTE: Each trainer reserves the right to analyze cancellations based on case / emergency.

  • No-Show Policy

    A “no-show” is someone who misses a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of the session amount.

  • Late Arrival

    If you arrive late, your appointment time will be reduced by the amount of time you were late. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be considered under our No-show Policy. You will be charged 100% of the session amount.

    NOTE: communicate with your trainer in case of emergency

  • How To Cancel Or Reschedule Appointments?

    There are several options: 1. Please refer to your confirmation or reminder via text message.

    2. Call 706.982.9845. This number often goes to voicemail so please leave a detailed message and a contact number if canceling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Gift Certification Expiration

    Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of the appointment and have an expiration date of six months unless another expiration date has been noted on your gift certificate.

    ~ Gift Certificates are non-refundable ~

  • Private Training Packages Expiration

    Private training pre-paid packages have a six-month expiration date from the time of purchase.

    Private Training Sessions are non-refundable, and it is the responsibility of the client to communicate to the Personal Trainer any changes in appointment times, schedule conflicts, etc.
